Dan Pasquali

My name’s Dan, I was the runner up of the latest season of the Great Australian Bake Off and I’m the creator of Dan’s Bake Lab. I’m a self-taught, Melbourne-based baker with a passion for creating edible works of art which are truly one of a kind.

Originally from Italy, I grew up baking with my mamma and nonna who taught me the traditional ways of making delicious dolci Italiani (Italian sweets). These days though, I enjoy blending the old with the new and throwing in something that hasn’t even been imagined yet, all to create something truly show-stopping.

A creation from Dan’s Bake Lab is always a one of a kind and will feature my signature flair for the bold, the flashy and above all, the delicious.
